About

My goal is to be the most valued advisor for privately owned family businesses. With over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, I have personally completed more than 1,000 business valuations and closed over 200 transactions worth over $100 million. 

In addition to regional mergers and acquisitions, I also apply my skillset and expertise in business valuation, exit planning, consulting, and acquisition coaching to serve clients of all types and sizes regardless of what stage of their business lifecycle they are in. We are on track to create 1,000 exit plans for small business owners by 2028 and assist 1,000 people in the acquisition of a small business by 2027. These tasks commonly include: 

•    Acting as a consultant for those pursuing entrepreneurship through acquiring a business to ensure they understand the process, conduct a thorough review of all information, avoid common mistakes, and follow best practices for the transition of ownership and support in the first 90 days of business ownership. 

•    Creating exit plans for small business owners which include a business valuation, an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses in their business and a plan to create additional value in their business by mitigating the key risks and maximizing the potential of the business.

•    Management consulting for business owners facing an unknown challenge in their business such as identifying the source of cash flow issues, assessing market fit for a new product or service, creating streams of recurring revenue, and navigating a complex and rapidly evolving marketplace.

I have completed numerous designations and degrees to broaden the value I can bring to my clients including a certification in business analytics through Wharton, my MBA through Boston University, a certification as an exit planner as well as a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions. I have also completed numerous courses and hold awards from industry organizations such as the International Business Brokers Association, M&A Source, and The Exit Planning Institute.
