Susan Terzakis is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Terzakis & Associates, a New Hampshire-based Fractional COO and business advisory firm serving established businesses ready to scale with stronger operations, leadership, and strategic execution.

With more than 27 years of experience spanning public service, executive leadership, organizational strategy, and operational development, Susan has built a reputation for helping business owners move from reactive day-to-day management into sustainable, scalable growth. 

Her work focuses on operational clarity, leadership maturity, systems optimization, team accountability, and long-term business resilience.

Since founding Terzakis & Associates in 2014, Susan has advised entrepreneurs and leadership teams across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, professional services, retail, hospitality, trades, eCommerce, and family-owned agricultural businesses. 

Acting as a strategic partner and Fractional COO, she helps companies strengthen internal operations, improve execution, increase profitability, and build organizations capable of scaling without chaos.

She understands firsthand the unique pressures business owners face and brings a practical, grounded, and highly strategic approach to leadership and growth.

A defining example of that leadership came during the COVID-19 pandemic, when every Terzakis & Associates client successfully navigated the economic disruption without closing their doors or laying off employees. Many emerged stronger, more resilient, and better positioned to support both their teams and their communities during one of the most challenging business environments in recent history.

Susan’s commitment to service also extends beyond business. 

As the spouse of retired U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Andrew J. Terzakis, she spent over two decades supporting military communities across the country while living throughout the United States, before ultimately choosing New Hampshire as home.

Today, Susan continues to serve as a trusted advisor to founders and leadership teams seeking operational excellence, strategic growth, and a business that can thrive beyond the founder alone.
